CommInsure coronavirus (COVID-19) service message to customers
- CommInsure has prepared a service message for customers in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19)
- All customers with active email addresses on file will be sent this message
- Customers without an email address will be sent an SMS linking to more information online, once that content is built and available
CommInsure has prepared a service based email message for customers in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19). This will be sent to customers with an active email address over the next week or two. The send will be staggered so we minimise the impact to your offices and our contact centre.
Some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are being developed now and will be published online as soon as possible.
Once we have these FAQs we will prepare to SMS customers without an email address. This communication will link to the FAQs which is intended to reduce calls to your office and our contact centre.
