National Sales Development Manager
Roger has over 30 year’s industry experience, 20 of which were with CommInsure’s predecessor company, Colonial. Over his career he has worked in sales, sales management, sales training, and in the marketing of financial services. Roger has worked as an adviser in retail and corporate markets, and was the Sales Manager of one of Colonial’s most successful national sales teams based in Hurstville, Sydney. Roger has worked in senior management roles for a national dealer group based in Sydney, and holds a Diploma in Life Insurance from the Australian Insurance Institute. In addition, Roger is a graduate of Insead University’s Executive Management Program and holds ’Master Trainer’ status from the Fortune Group.
